GreenJobsReady.com web site ("Site") is a privately held entity ("Company"). All participants and users of the Site must agree to the following Terms & Conditions. You must agree to all portions of Terms & Conditions to use Site. By using services of Company and Site you are certifying you agree to all terms and conditions and agree to be bound to said terms and conditions. Company may revise Terms & Conditions at any time without notice and continued use after any changes will be your proven consent to any such changes. It is your own responsibility to check for changes to Terms & Conditions.
Company, its agents and partners own all rights to the content displayed on the Site, including but not limited to, Site's look and feel, information, data, text, graphics, images, sound or video materials, designs, trademarks, service marks, trade names and the URL ("Content"), is the property of Company or its partners, and agents and is protected by U.S. copyright. Company reserves the right to remove or disable material on Site that may infringe rights not held by Company. No part of Site may be reproduced, republished, copied, transmitted, or distributed in any form or by any means except with prior written consent from Company.
Site is only intended to assist job seekers to find employment opportunities and employers and/or staffers to find candidates for employment opportunities. There is no implied or expressed guarantee that such respective individuals will accomplish their intentions of using Site by using Site or services of Company.
Job seekers are hereby granted nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited access to Site. Access to Site is a revocable privilege from Company; job seekers may only use Site within compliance of Federal, State, and applicable local laws.
Employers and/or staffers are hereby granted a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited access to Site for the purpose of finding qualified candidates. Employers and/or staffers may access job seeker resumes as long as (a) such use of the Content does not interfere with the Company’s business and does not violate Terms & Conditions and (b) you do not remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices displayed on the Content. Furthermore, you agree not to contact job seekers for anything other than finding a candidate for an employment opportunity. Solicitation of goods and services to job seekers is strictly prohibited and if found and/or believed to be violating this term, your access will be terminated from Site indefinitely. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Employers and/or staffers may not share their account information with any third parties, without the prior written consent of Company. Company may, at is sole discretion, remove your access to Site if you violate any of the Terms & Conditions and/or if you are found and/or believed to be using Site in a manner or means to violate Federal, State, and/or Local laws, if applicable. Violation of this section may lead to civil/criminal prosecution.
Resumes must be posted by the job seeker seeking employment and by posting said resume the job seeker is warranting the information in said resume is accurate and truthful. Resumes found and/or believed to contain false information will be removed from Site.
Employers and/or staffers must post job opportunities for job opening which exist and must contain information to accurately describe the duties and qualifications of job seekers as well as how to apply for said job opportunity. Postings may not have any links to external websites, aside from page for job seekers to directly apply for said posting. Postings may not include material which violates intellectual property rights or contain libelous or offensive material. Only one posting per specific job opportunity from employer and/or staffer may be posted at any given time.
Company reserves the right to take corrective action as it sees fit for any violations of any terms within Terms & Conditions.
COMPANY PROVIDES SITE AS-IS AND THERE ARE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. JOB SEEKERS, EMPLOYERS AND STAFFERS INDEMNIFY COMPANY AGAINST INFRINGEMENT OF ANY RIGHTS. CONTENT ON SITE MAY NOT BE ACCURATE AND TRUTHFUL, COMPANY IS NOT HELD LIABLE FOR DEPENDENCE UPON CONTENT OF SITE OR USE OF SITE.
USERS OF SITE ASSUME THE COST AND RISK OF USING ANY SYSTEM TO ACCESS SITE, REGARDLESS IF FAULT OF DAMAGE IS WITH COMPANY. SITE OR ANY SERVICES MAY NOT OPERATE CONTINUOUSLY, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. DEFECTS MAY NOT BE CORRECTED. THERE IS NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY THAT SITE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Company may modify content of Site at any time but may not update content information on Site. Company does not give express or implied warranty to accuracy or truthfulness of content on Site, posted by job seekers, employers, and/or staffers. Documents may contain inaccuracies or misrepresentations and may not truthfully represent what they appear to. Reliance on content on Site is done at your own risk.
USERS ASSUME LIABILITIES FOR USE OF SITE, DOCUMENTS ACCESSED OR POSTED, AND FOR THEIR CONDUCT ON SITE.
IN NO EVENT, WILL COMPANY, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, SUCCESSORS OR ASSIGNS BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, ECONOMIC, SPECIAL OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF DIRECT AND/OR INDIRECT CONNECTION USE OF SITE, OR USE OF ANY EXTERNAL LINKED WEB SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE AND ANY OTHER STATUTORY, CONTRACT AND/OR TORT LIABILITY, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN EXPRESSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHICH MAY INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ATTORNEY FEES, ANY LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AND LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR OTHER DATA ON INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM(S).
COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD PARTY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS POSTED ON SITE ARISING UNDER CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS RELATING TO DEFAMATION, INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT, PRIVACY, OBSCENITY, OR ANY OTHER FEDERAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCALL LAW.
Company shall be entitled to equitable relief in addition to money damages in the event that any User breaches Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to legal fees, attorney fees, and any additional expenses incurred for litigation.
Site may provide links to external websites that are completely independent of Site. Company makes no representation or warranty as to the content, ownership or legality of any such linked web sites. Company does not endorse content of websites external of Site or of the products or services described therein. All users access external websites at their own risk.
Should a value be placed on access to Site for Employers and/or Staffers, and they register with Site, a contract has been formed between Company and said Employers and/or Staffers for the equal consideration of access to site as employers and/or staffers in exchange for fee charged monthly to employers and/or staffers. Fee may differ among different accounts and each account established with Site will be treated as a separate contract, regardless of any other verbal or written agreements between the parties.
Job seeker contact details may be used by employers and/or staffers who may have an interest in employing them. Company will not share passwords with anybody aside from registered individual which created password. Company cannot guarantee the protection of accounts if users release their personal account information to others. Company does not provide expressed or implied guarantee of any privacy protection.
Company uses reasonable precautions to ensure that access to the personal information held on Site is restricted to its owners, employers/recruiters who are authorized, registered members and governmental agencies (security and law enforcement). Company cannot assure against Site being hacked by third parties to agreement and will not be responsible for any such occurrence. Company is not responsible for how information of Job Seekers is used after they register with Site, Company will only give information to the aforementioned individuals/entities.
By continuing to register with Site, you are agreeing to Terms & Conditions. Failure to read Terms & Conditions may not be used as a defense to breach.
